In the pre-Covid era, face-to-face counseling was the norm, requiring both the client and counselor to physically meet. Recognizing the challenges posed by this approach, Telehealth counseling emerges as a convenient and effective alternative.

​The shift to Tele-Health counseling enables clients to engage in sessions comfortably from their homes, eliminating the need for travel arrangements and navigating through traffic. Not only does this alleviate stress, but it also opens up opportunities for a broader reach. Clients can now connect with Jessica for counseling sessions from anywhere within the state of Georgia or South Carolina. What's more, even if Jessica is temporarily out of state, Telehealth ensures that counseling sessions remain accessible.

Participating in Tele-behavioral health sessions is highlighted as being just as effective as face-to-face visits, providing clients with the assurance that they are maximizing the benefits of each session. The process is user-friendly – clients simply need to receive a link, download the app, and they are ready to connect with Jessica.
