The first session includes an assessment of your concern or issue, strengths, and desired outcome so that you work on what’s really at the core of the problem and achieve the right resolution. This will be very thorough. We will do a resource state hypnotherapy session to prepare your subconscious for our second session.
In the second session, we will override your old subsconsous belief system with the new messages and images we want you to use for your benefit.
In our last session, we will identify what has worked since the previous session and then build on that success so that master your resilience, and step into the strength of who you really are, moving forward with confidence.
